Policy Information

All policy information can be found on one screen. On the left a policy is selected from the Agents/Carriers /Clients folder. At the top of the screen the policy version can be selected. Each time a policy is renewed, a new version is automatically created. At the bottom of the screen agents are assigned to the policy with appropriate commission percentages. Click for an example



Entering Commission Percentages

With Commission Tracker setting up commissions is quick and easy. We don't make you create formulas. Simply enter the commission percentages into a table which we have created to look exactly like the contracts you have with your carriers. Click for an example


Receiving Payments

There are many variables that can make commissions and premiums fluctuate, such as adding or subtracting a life from a policy, contributing extra money to a 401K plan or an error. Thus, the actual amount paid may be more or less than what was expected. This screen and the payment history that it creates will keep track of the number of payments, payment dates and indicate discrepancies between the agency and carrier records. Click for an example


Agent Information

The Agent screen allows personal information to be stored for an individual agent. Multiple addresses, phone number and e-mail addresses may be placed in the contact information sections. Notes may be added to each agent's file in the comment box. All policies serviced by an agent can be viewed by double clicking on the agent's file folder in the tree. If the policy is split between agents the file will appear in each servicing agent's record. Click for an example
