Agent Form Return to Product Info The agent screen allows personal information to be stored for an individual agent. Multiple addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses may be placed in the contact information sections. Notes may be added to each agent's file in the comment box. All policies serviced by an agent can be viewed by double clicking on the agent's file folder in the tree. If the policy is split between agents the file will appear in each servicing agent's record.
